We are pleased to be able to offer  Personalised Gifts! 

Where it gives you the option to do so,  you can add personalisation to your gift choice ... simply follow the instructions provided. 

If you know that it's a personalised item you want, then click directly on the 'Personalised Gifts' tab.  Here the personalised gifts appear in their own dedicated section of the website.

Lead Times And Postage ... ...

Please be aware that each individual personalised product comes with it's own lead time.  Ensure you take this into account when placing your order as the lead times are specific to each  individual product.

Further details can be found at the bottom of each product description.


We advise that you check lead times when ordering as a gift for someone else.  You should ensure that enough time is allowed for the product to be produced and despatched in time.

Please Ensure That You ... ...

  • DOUBLE CHECK all personalisation.  The information which is input will be how it appears on the product  This includes all spacing and punctuation. 
  • DO NOT include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. This includes accents above and below the alphabetical or numerical text.


It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all personalisation entries are correct as, due to the nature of personalised products, we cannot accept refunds for products that have been mis-spelt.

Need to Cancel?

Order Cancellations

If you need to find out if an order can be cancelled, please always get in touch to check on the order status ASAP.


  • Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you choose  to cancel an order beyond this point, 100% of the order will still be charged.   
  • Where orders have already been despatched a refund is not possible. 

NB:  In order to provide a prompt service, some products are immediately sent for production. 

Changed Your Mind?

Can I Return An item? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our personalised gifts due to the nature of the products for sale.   You may only be eligible for a refund if your item was faulty. Therefore please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been mis-spelt.

NB:  Personalised items cannot be returned once they have been put into production.

Faulty Item?

If the item received is faulty, please contact us straight away with your name and order details.  

Rest assured, we will work with you to resolve your problem.  

In doing so, please be aware that we will require you to send images of the faulty product. 

NB:  Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
