All orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for dispatch on the same day. Any orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sunday's.

When you want to know your mail is in safe hands, you can trust 1st Class for quick, efficient delivery across the UK. We aim to deliver your parcels to their destinations the next working day – including Saturdays.

Why send 1st Class?

Great value option to get your gifts delivered safely and on time.

Second Class

£3.99

With 2nd Class mail we aim to deliver parcels in two or three working days, including Saturdays.

Choose 2nd Class because:

it’s not urgent, you just want to do some shopping!
your items are still in safe hands, sent through the security of the Royal Mail network.

proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver
check online or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered.

Please note this option is applicable to orders placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day.

Therefore, when ordering your personalised gift, please take into account the lead time which is clearly stated by each product. The lead time dictates how long it will take for your order to be processed. Check the available delivery options when choosing a gift for somebody else.

For Example:

If you are placing an order for a personalised mug which has a lead time of 3-5 days, your order could be ready at any point within this time frame and will be despatched by your chosen postage method after this time. You will then receive an email to say that the order has been despatched. So, please ensure you allow enough time for your gift to arrive!
