If you have had a change of heart you must return the item to Gift Queen unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc.
Personalised gifts cannot be refunded due to the nature of the products. You may, however, be eligible for a refund if the product was faulty. To find out more please refer to our section on Personalised Gifts for full details.
